We provide towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle recovery services, including but not limited to:
- Emergency towing (24/7)
- Car recovery services
- Long-distance towing
- Motorcycle towing
- Roadside assistance
All services are subject to availability and road conditions.
Service Requests
When you request our services, you confirm that:
- You are the vehicle owner or have authorization from the owner
- The information provided (location, vehicle details) is accurate
- You agree to allow our team to handle and transport the vehicle as required
Incorrect information may result in delays or additional charges.
Pricing & Payment
- Service charges depend on distance, vehicle type, location, and situation
- Prices may vary for emergency, night-time, or long-distance services
- Final charges will be communicated before or during service delivery
- Payment must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed
Cancellations
- If a service is canceled after dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply
- No charges apply if the service is canceled before dispatch
Vehicle Condition & Liability
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle
- Customers are encouraged to inform us of any known vehicle issues before towing
- Our responsibility ends once the vehicle is delivered to the agreed destination
Personal Belongings
- Please remove valuable personal items from the vehicle before towing
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle
Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather
- Accidents
- Road closures
- Government restrictions or emergencies
Safety & Cooperation
Customers must:
- Follow the safety instructions given by our operators
- Maintain a safe distance during towing or recovery operations
Failure to comply may result in service refusal.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Third-Party Services
In some cases, we may coordinate with third-party service providers to complete the service.
We are not responsible for actions beyond our direct control.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
