Service Cancellation
Before Dispatch
- If you cancel the service before a tow truck is dispatched, no cancellation fee will be charged.
After Dispatch
- If the service is canceled after the tow truck has been dispatched, a cancellation or call-out fee may apply.
- The fee will depend on the distance traveled and time spent by the recovery team.
Refund Policy
- Payments made for services not yet started may be eligible for a refund.
- Once the towing or recovery service has started or been completed, refunds are generally not available.
- Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, at the company’s discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete location details provided by the customer
- Customer unavailability at the service location
- Refusal of service upon arrival without valid reason
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or authorities
- Vehicle condition issues not disclosed at the time of booking
Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged:
- Please contact us immediately with your service details
- We will review the matter and respond as soon as possible
All disputes must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.
Emergency Services
Emergency and late-night towing services are prioritized and dispatched immediately.
Once dispatched, emergency service charges are non-refundable.
Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
